calls - no identification then hangs up

Got this call in my cell phone in toronto Canada and when I tried to check who called I got a response saying emergency numbers only.

called, I did not answer. left no message. tried to call back. always busy. i see this number all over the web. What is it?

Get calls from this number daily several times a day for several months. No one is there when you pick up, you call back and there is no ringing and no one is there. Got it narrowed down to 2 blocks on Highland Ave, Jackson, TN and I called the Sheriff in Jackson and he knows nothing of it. Filed complaint with Do Not Call registry. didn't bother to answer the call.

Calls numerous times a day, nobody there when I answer and never leaves a voicemail. Who is this?

Caller inspector Wilson had some of my personal information. When she could not tell me the company she represented. A rude man got on the phone and tried scare tactics I told him I wanted to get a lawyer he got offensive, "You think a Lawyer scares me" at that time I ended the call.

Called to inquire about the excessive fees I pay for banking Merchant Services. Identified themselves as Summit Merchant Services.

Caller asked for my husband name and when I asked who is calling she hung up.

They said it was Essential Health Care making a courtesy call.
